- Location Data: Geolocation coordinates (latitude and longitude) strictly collected at the exact moment of a clock-in or clock-out action to verify workplace location as required by your employer's workforce provider rules.
- Timesheet Event Data: Swipe timestamps, shift start/end times, and active timesheet status IDs.

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:
- To execute employee clock-in and clock-out requests against your configured workforce management provider.
- To maintain secure authentication sessions and illuminate system status indicators.
- To display shift duration and connection status within the mobile interface.
4. Data Storage & Security
We implement strict security measures to safeguard your sensitive information:
- Hardware-Encrypted Keychains: All authentication tokens, passwords, and sensitive keys are stored locally on your device using hardware-encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android KeyStore).
- No Plaintext Password Storage: Passwords and API secrets are never stored in unencrypted application storage or logged on remote servers.
- Encrypted Transport: All data transmissions between OneSwipe, our backend API, and third-party workforce providers occur strictly over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections.
5. Third-Party Workforce Providers
OneSwipe acts as an integration gateway to external workforce management providers configured by you or your employer (including Workforce Software, Deputy, QuickBooks Time/Intuit, UKG, Tanda, and Employment Hero). When performing a clock action, relevant attendance data is securely transmitted to your designated provider's API.
